This housing project on the outskirts of Vadodara city combines modern functionality with Mediterranean-inspired architecture to create a cozy and earthy ambiance. The fixed plot sizes and unit plans posed a challenge, but extensive design efforts led to an efficient use of space while maintaining an exotic feel. The units feature exposed brick elements on the façades, evoking a warm, timeless Mediterranean style. Inside, open layouts maximize natural light and ventilation, enhancing the comfortable living environment. 

The site plan was kept simple to comply with legal limitations, ensuring easy accessibility and a smooth flow throughout the community. The development includes green spaces and open walkways for outdoor enjoyment and social interaction. Designed to meet modern living needs, the project integrates infrastructure with essential amenities, while still preserving an aesthetic that is both functional and stylish. The result is a harmonious, livable space that blends Mediterranean charm with contemporary practicality.
